Project Manager (Expression of Interest)

Details

Job Type: Full-time – On-site
Location: Kuwait – Wood
This is an expression of interest for experienced Project Managers with a strong background in engineering projects. You will oversee the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of a wide range of projects, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, operational excellence, and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility including revenue, margin, budget, and risk management

• Define project scope, execution strategy, deliverables, and team structure

• Oversee project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, reporting, and governance

• Ensure safe and quality-driven project delivery in line with client expectations

• Guide multi-disciplinary teams across functions and geographies

• Lead stakeholder engagement and change management

• Promote innovation through digital tools, value engineering, and process improvement

• Uphold HSSE and QA standards with proactive leadership

• Mentor teams and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

• Participate in peer reviews and assurance activities

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant engineering or project management discipline

• PMP, APM, or equivalent project management certification (preferred)

• 15+ years of experience, including 5–10 years managing complex projects

• Strong background in oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical sectors

• Middle East project experience is highly desirable

• Expert knowledge of project management, stakeholder planning, risk control, and contract models

• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across various sites

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

• Demonstrated focus on safety, client relationships, and strategic outcomes

تبحث Wood عن مديري مشاريع ذوي خبرة واسعة في مشاريع الهندسة والإنشاء، لتولي مسؤولية التنفيذ الآمن والجودة العالية للمشاريع، وضمان تحقيق أهداف العميل من حيث الجدول الزمني والتكلفة والمعايير.

المسؤوليات

• المسؤولية الكاملة عن الأرباح والخسائر، بما يشمل الإيرادات والميزانيات والتحكم في المخاطر

• تحديد نطاق المشروع واستراتيجية التنفيذ وهيكل الفريق

• إدارة دورة حياة المشروع من التخطيط حتى التسليم والتقارير

• ضمان سلامة وجودة التنفيذ وفق توقعات العميل

• قيادة فرق عمل متعددة التخصصات في مواقع مختلفة

• إدارة علاقات الشركاء والتعامل مع التغييرات

• تعزيز الابتكار باستخدام التقنيات الحديثة والمراكز الهندسية عالية الكفاءة

• تطبيق وقيادة معايير الصحة والسلامة والجودة

• الإشراف على أداء الفرق وتعزيز ثقافة التطوير والتحسين المستمر

• المشاركة في أنشطة التدقيق والمراجعة الفنية

الشروط

• شهادة جامعية في الهندسة أو إدارة المشاريع أو تخصص مشابه

• شهادة إدارة مشاريع معتمدة مثل PMP أو APM (يفضل)

• خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة، منها 5–10 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع معقدة

• خبرة قوية في صناعات النفط والغاز أو التكرير أو البتروكيماويات

• الأفضلية لمن لديهم خبرة سابقة في مشاريع منطقة الشرق الأوسط

• إلمام شامل بإدارة المشاريع، وتخطيط أصحاب المصلحة، ونماذج العقود

• مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية واتصالية قوية

• قدرة مثبتة على التأثير، المفاوضة، وصنع القرارات الاستراتيجية
