We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior IT Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure across the company and its remote locations. This is a critical role to ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of all our IT systems.

Job Title: Senior IT Administrator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT contact across all company locations.

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks.

• Oversee data centers, servers, storage, firewalls, antivirus, and other IT infrastructure.

• Provide IT support and training to employees.

• Handle IT onboarding/offboarding, asset inventory, and documentation.

• Recommend and implement system improvements.

• Maintain IT Helpdesk and supervise IT team members.

• Ensure optimal performance and security of all systems.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5–10 years of IT administration experience.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, servers, and cloud services.

• Solid knowledge of system security practices.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and team spirit.

• Visa No. 18, Transferable.

• Locally available in Kuwait.

• ضمان الأداء الأمثل والأمان لجميع الأنظمة.

الشروط

• درجة علمية في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو علوم الحاسوب أو مجال ذي صلة.

• من 5 إلى 10 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة تكنولوجيا المعلومات.

• مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وخبرة عملية مع LAN/WAN، الخوادم، والخدمات السحابية.

• معرفة قوية بممارسات أمان الأنظمة.

• مهارات تواصل وحل المشكلات ممتازة وروح الفريق.

• تأشيرة رقم 18، قابلة للتحويل.
