Position:

Plumbing & Fire Fighting Draftsman

About the Role

As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly on construction projects, focusing on plumbing and fire fighting system designs. This is a full-time role based at the project site, where you’ll be responsible for creating accurate and efficient plans, ensuring they meet the necessary regulations and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed plumbing and fire fighting system drawings using AutoCAD or similar design software.

• Coordinate with engineers to ensure designs meet project specifications and standards.

• Review plans and make revisions as necessary to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.

• Ensure that all drawings are accurate and reflect the latest project developments.

• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and reports.

• Participate in site meetings to discuss project progress and address any design-related issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a draftsman, specifically in plumbing and fire fighting systems.

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other drafting software.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.

• A degree or certification in drafting or a related field is preferred.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إعداد الرسومات التفصيلية لأنظمة السباكة ومكافحة الحرائق باستخدام برنامج AutoCAD أو برامج التصميم المماثلة.

• التنسيق مع المهندسين لضمان تلبية التصاميم لمواصفات ومعايير المشروع.

• مراجعة الخطط وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة لضمان الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح المحلية.

• التأكد من أن جميع الرسومات دقيقة وتعكس أحدث التطورات في المشروع.

• المساعدة في إعداد الوثائق الفنية والتقارير.

• المشاركة في اجتماعات الموقع لمناقشة تقدم المشروع ومعالجة أي مشكلات متعلقة بالتصميم.

المؤهلات

• خبرة مثبتة كرسام، خاصة في أنظمة السباكة ومكافحة الحرائق.

• معرفة قوية باستخدام AutoCAD وبرامج الرسم الأخرى.

• القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات والمواصفات الفنية.

• الانتباه الكبير للتفاصيل والالتزام بالجودة العالية في العمل.

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والتعاون مع أعضاء الفريق.

• يفضل الحصول على شهادة أو درجة في الرسم أو مجال ذي صلة.
