Details

Position Title: Project Engineer
Location: Kuwait (Flexible base location, travel to project sites required)
Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of high voltage XLPE & Oil-filled cable projects from inception to completion.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project requirements.

• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

• Oversee the project team, ensuring effective collaboration to achieve project goals.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering.

• 5-7 years of experience in managing high voltage XLPE & Oil-filled cable projects, preferably with experience in oil-filled cables.

• Approval by GCC’s local power supply utility or qualification for approval.

• Approved by the Kuwait Engineers Society.

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Projects.

• A valid GCC driving license.

• Fluency in Arabic and English.

المسؤوليات

• قيادة تنفيذ مشاريع الكابلات عالية الجهد XLPE وكابلات الزيت من البداية إلى النهاية.

• ضمان إتمام المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية مع الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والجودة.

• التنسيق والتواصل مع العملاء والمقاولين والأطراف المعنية لتلبية متطلبات المشروع.

• مراقبة تقدم المشروع وإعداد تقارير مفصلة للإدارة العليا.

• حل أي مشاكل قد تنشأ خلال دورة حياة المشروع.

• الإشراف على فريق المشروع وضمان التعاون الفعال لتحقيق أهداف المشروع.

• ضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية والمعايير الصناعية.

المؤهلات

• شهادة بكالوريوس في هندسة الطاقة الكهربائية.

• 5-7 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة مشاريع الكابلات عالية الجهد XLPE وكابلات الزيت، ويفضل أن تكون هناك خبرة في كابلات الزيت.

• معتمد من قبل هيئة توزيع الطاقة المحلية في دول الخليج أو مؤهل لذلك.

• معتمد من قبل جمعية المهندسين الكويتية.

• إتقان استخدام برامج MS Office وAutoCAD وPrimavera وMS Projects.

• رخصة قيادة خليجية سارية.

• إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
