Job Title: End-User Support - Zeeco (Kuwait)
Details
As an End-User Support specialist, your role will be to provide technical assistance and promote Zeeco products and services to both new and existing clients. You will diagnose and troubleshoot combustion equipment issues, assist with the commissioning and startup of equipment, and help close orders. You will also help enhance the productivity of Zeeco’s manufacturer reps through technical support and continuous education.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or significant work experience in combustion equipment.

Knowledge of combustion equipment is preferred.

Experience in the chemical processing and/or hydrocarbon processing industry.

Strong problem-solving ability.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Customer service and sales experience.
