📌 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrument Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognized university.

• 15 years of post-qualification experience in maintenance services within Energy, Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical, or Refinery sectors.

• Minimum of 10 years in a similar leadership position.

• Strong supervisory and decision-making capabilities.

• Proficient in resource planning, deployment, and cost control.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of the maintenance contract.

• Ensure proper staffing levels and efficient deployment of manpower and resources.

• Maintain smooth and effective project implementation.

• Take ownership of cost management and service quality.

• Act as the key point of contact for contract-related activities and ensure compliance with service standards.

📌 المتطلبات

• شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو الآلات الدقيقة (أو ما يعادلها) من جامعة معترف بها.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة بعد التخرج في خدمات الصيانة ضمن قطاعات الطاقة، النفط والغاز، الطاقة الكهربائية، البتروكيماويات أو المصافي.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في منصب مشابه.

• مهارات قوية في الإشراف واتخاذ القرارات.

• القدرة على تخطيط الموارد والتحكم بالتكاليف بكفاءة.

• قيادة وتنفيذ عقد خدمات الصيانة.

• التأكد من توفر المستويات المناسبة من الموظفين والنشر الأمثل للموارد.

• ضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة وكفاءة.

• تحمل المسؤولية عن إدارة التكاليف وجودة الخدمة.

• تمثيل نقطة الاتصال الأساسية لجميع الأنشطة المرتبطة بالعقد وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير.
