Position Title: Senior Manager, Treasury, Cash & Revenue Management

Details

We are currently hiring a Senior Manager to lead and supervise cash and treasury operations, manage daily channel collections, reconcile banking activities, and ensure full compliance with international standards and internal controls. The role demands a high degree of coordination with internal departments, external auditors, banks, and group functions, while also playing a key part in automation, revenue governance, and financial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and monthly treasury and cash operations including forecasting, bank reconciliations, deposits, and refunds

• Ensure accurate reporting of revenue, roaming, and interconnect accounting

• Monitor collections from all retail and digital channels and ensure timely bank deposits

• Supervise cash control functions and petty cash policies across all operational areas

• Collaborate with banks and group teams for facility renewals, fund utilization, and compliance with covenants

• Provide audit support and resolve any discrepancies raised by internal or external audits

• Analyze data trends and provide financial insights to management

• Ensure timely reconciliation between systems like BI, BSCS, RAS, and General Ledger

• Participate in systems upgrades and ensure user compliance

• Support financial reporting, provisioning for doubtful debts, revenue mapping, and interconnect settlements

• Prepare and circulate treasury reports for Ooredoo Group

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals and participate in ongoing development initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

• CA, CPA, or Master’s degree in Accounting with membership in a recognized professional body

• 6–7 years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in a managerial/supervisory role

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in telecom, banking, or high-volume industries

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems; understanding of billing systems and revenue flows

• Fluent in English (written and verbal); Arabic is an advantage

نبحث عن مدير أول لإدارة عمليات الخزينة اليومية، التدفقات النقدية، ومراقبة تقارير التحصيل من جميع القنوات. تشمل المهام الرئيسية الإشراف على التسويات البنكية، دعم العمليات المحاسبية المتعلقة بالإيرادات والتجوال، والتعاون مع فرق البنوك، التدقيق، والتقنية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• الإشراف على عمليات الخزينة اليومية والشهرية، وتقديم التوقعات المالية

• مراقبة التحصيلات من المتاجر والمنافذ الرقمية والتأكد من إيداعها في الوقت المناسب

• إعداد التقارير اليومية والشهرية الخاصة بالنقد والإيرادات

• متابعة عمليات التسوية البنكية وتسوية الإيرادات عبر الأنظمة المختلفة (RAS، BSCS، BI)

• التنسيق مع الفرق المعنية لتطبيق الرقابة المالية وتحسين العمليات

• مراجعة التسويات الخاصة بالإيرادات والاتصال والتجوال مع الشركاء

• المشاركة في تحديث الأنظمة المالية وتدريب المستخدمين على الالتزام بها

• تحليل الاتجاهات المالية وإعداد تقارير تفصيلية للإدارة

• دعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي ومعالجة الملاحظات المفتوحة

• قيادة فريق من المحاسبين وتطوير قدراتهم الوظيفية

الشروط والمتطلبات

• شهادة CA أو CPA أو ماجستير محاسبة مع عضوية في هيئة مهنية معترف بها

• خبرة من 6 إلى 7 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة، منها سنتان في منصب إشرافي

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجالات ذات صلة مثل الاتصالات أو القطاعات المالية الكبرى

• إتقان برامج الأوفيس والأنظمة المحاسبية (ERP) وفهم جيد لأنظمة الفوترة والإيرادات

• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثًا، وتعد العربية ميزة إضافية
