Details

As a Dental Nurse at Asnan Tower, you will play a vital role in supporting our dentists during procedures, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for each patient. You will work in a fast-paced, high-end clinical environment where attention to detail and patient care excellence are key.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting dentists during a wide variety of dental procedures

• Preparing dental materials and instruments prior to treatments

• Maintaining strict hygiene and sterilization protocols

• Providing emotional support and clear communication to patients before, during, and after treatment

• Keeping accurate patient records and assisting with clinical documentation

• Managing inventory and ensuring readiness of treatment rooms

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient patient flow

• Educating patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene as instructed by the dentist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (required)

• Previous nursing experience (required); dental clinic experience is highly preferred

• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and patient-first attitude

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a multicultural team

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, technology-driven clinical setting

• Presentable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional care

• Flexibility in work hours including availability on weekends or evenings if needed

ستكونين جزءًا محوريًا من الفريق الطبي كممرضة أسنان، حيث ستقومين بدور أساسي في دعم أطباء الأسنان أثناء الإجراءات المختلفة وضمان تجربة علاجية مريحة ومهنية لكل مريض.

تشمل مهامك اليومية:

• المساعدة المباشرة لأطباء الأسنان خلال الإجراءات المختلفة

• تجهيز الأدوات والمواد الطبية قبل الجلسات

• تطبيق معايير عالية في التعقيم والنظافة

• تقديم الدعم النفسي والتواصل الفعال مع المرضى قبل وأثناء وبعد العلاج

• تسجيل الملاحظات الطبية ومساعدة الأطباء في توثيق الحالة

• متابعة المواد الطبية وضمان جاهزية غرف العلاج

• التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة

• توعية المرضى بإرشادات ما بعد العلاج وتعليمات العناية بصحة الفم

الشروط

• شهادة بكالوريوس في التمريض (أساسي)

• خبرة سابقة في التمريض، ويفضل وجود خبرة في عيادات الأسنان

• مهارات تواصل عالية وقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق متعدد الجنسيات

• احترافية، مظهر لائق، واهتمام بأدق التفاصيل

• القدرة على التكيف مع بيئة سريرية حديثة وسريعة الإيقاع

• المرونة في ساعات العمل، بما في ذلك العطلات ونهاية الأسبوع حسب الحاجة
