About the Job

• Oversee and supervise construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget

• Conduct field visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance with specifications

• Collaborate with architects, electromechanical engineers, and other professionals to ensure quality and accuracy in execution

• Work closely with the Planning Engineer to monitor project schedules and communicate deviations promptly to management

• Coordinate with CRC’s engineers and contractors to ensure full understanding of project standards and timely delivery

• Review consultant tender evaluations and prepare final evaluation reports for management approval

• Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and standards

• Assist in obtaining licenses and preparing official documentation for projects

• Lead weekly project meetings and follow up on progress and challenges

• Liaise with government representatives to address and resolve any project-related issues

• Support knowledge sharing within the team and handle multiple assignments as required

• Conduct technical and cost-related construction studies, including property evaluations

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Excellent understanding of technical drawings
