Position: Senior Program Administrator QAT
Details
In this role, you will take responsibility for the Cubic Defense Doha program administration, supporting programs across Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and assisting with regional business needs. You will manage global trade compliance, human capital, logistics, security, and more to ensure smooth operations for Cubic’s defense initiatives in the region.
Responsibilities
Lead Cubic Defense Doha Global Trade Compliance, ensuring adherence to Export Control policies and procedures
Coordinate logistics for Qatar, Oman, and Kuwait programs, supporting regional business as needed
Ensure security awareness and compliance with regional regulations in Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE
Act as the primary point of contact for HR, IT, and policy compliance
Provide HR support, manage onboarding and outboarding processes, and ensure employee health coverage
Support recruitment and retention, providing training for managers and employees
Oversee the deployment and repatriation of employees in the region
Act as the liaison for regional teams and facilitate senior leadership visits to Doha
Manage crisis response, including coordination with International SOS for emergency support
Qualifications
Fluent in English
Prior experience working with export-controlled and ITAR products and data
At least 3-5 years of management-level experience, ideally in a remote or foreign environment
US Citizen required
Knowledge of MS Office
A college qualification in a related field or equivalent technical education and military experience
A valid driving license
Desired Experience
Prior military experience
Experience working in the Middle East
