D365 FO Functional Consultant – Supply Chain & Commerce

About the Role

You will help businesses streamline their end-to-end processes from procurement to point-of-sale. Your responsibilities include configuring intelligent workflows, optimizing operations, aligning solutions with business strategy, and collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Optimize supply chain processes including demand planning, inventory, procurement, and logistics

• Improve omnichannel commerce with strong POS systems, pricing, promotions, and customer engagement

• Automate workflows in D365 FO to enhance operational efficiency

• Coordinate ERP, CRM, and analytics integrations with technical teams

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align systems with organizational goals

Requirements

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, order management, procurement, and logistics

• Experience in both digital and physical retail systems, loyalty programs, and consumer analytics

• Demonstrated ability to configure and implement D365 FO Supply Chain & Commerce modules

• Proficiency in reporting tools and KPI tracking to support strategic decisions

• Capable of analyzing and redesigning business processes for better performance

Certifications & Experience

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Retail and Commerce Functional Consultant Associate

• 5+ years of hands-on D365 FO implementation experience

• Strong expertise in inventory, procurement, commerce, and logistics

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred

• قدرة مثبتة على تكوين وتنفيذ وحدات سلسلة التوريد والتجارة في D365 FO

• مهارة عالية في أدوات التقارير ومتابعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية

• القدرة على تحليل وتحسين العمليات التشغيلية

الشهادات والخبرة

• شهادة Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate

• شهادة Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Retail and Commerce Functional Consultant Associate

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تنفيذ مشاريع D365 FO

• خبرة قوية في المخزون، الشراء، التجارة، والخدمات اللوجستية

• يفضل الحصول على شهادة جامعية في علوم الحاسب أو تخصص ذي صلة
