Position: Customer Service Representative – Credit

Details

This role is responsible for engaging with customers to provide credit-related services, support transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets while maintaining accuracy and compliance in all credit processes.

Responsibilities

• Process credit transactions for electronics, furniture, and online sales

• Validate documentation for authenticity and compliance

• Assess client creditworthiness and support debt recovery efforts

• Follow up on credit approvals and exceptions to meet SLAs

• Ensure accurate transaction calculations and daily reconciliations

• Promote and sell Easy Credit products and services

• Handle collection of down-payments, overdue amounts, and legal charges

• Issue clearance and deal certificates for eligible transactions

• Complete end-of-day batch reports and reconcile cash/K-Net payments

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a related field

• 2-year diploma in a relevant discipline

• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving mindset

• Excellent communication skills

• Basic computer literacy

• Bilingual (Arabic/English) preferred

المسؤوليات

• تنفيذ معاملات الائتمان لمنتجات الإلكترونيات والأثاث والمبيعات الإلكترونية

• التحقق من صحة الوثائق والامتثال للسياسات

• تقييم الجدارة الائتمانية للعملاء والمساهمة في تحصيل الدفعات

• متابعة الموافقات والاستثناءات الائتمانية لضمان الالتزام باتفاقيات الخدمة

• ضمان دقة العمليات والحسابات اليومية

• الترويج وبيع منتجات وخدمات Easy Credit

• تحصيل الدفعات الأولى، المستحقات، والتسويات المبكرة والمبالغ المتأخرة

• إصدار شهادات الإخلاء وشهادات الصفقات للمعاملات المؤهلة

• تنفيذ دفعات نهاية اليوم ومطابقة النقد وK-Net

الشروط

• خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة

• دبلوم لمدة سنتين في مجال ذي صلة

• توجه قوي نحو خدمة العملاء

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة

• إلمام أساسي بالحاسب الآلي

• الأفضلية لمن يجيد اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
