Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 2 to 4 years experience in AC maintenance and installation

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls

• Valid Kuwait residency (transferable)

• Driving license is a plus

• Good communication skills in Arabic or English

• Leadership and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute installation and maintenance of HVAC systems (split units, package units, ducted systems, etc.)

• Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues

• Develop preventive maintenance plans

• Manage technicians and oversee project execution

• Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• رخصة قيادة ميزة إضافية

• مهارات تواصل جيدة بالعربية أو الإنجليزية

• قدرات قيادية وحل المشكلات

المسؤوليات:

• الإشراف وتنفيذ تركيب وصيانة أنظمة التكييف (وحدات منفصلة، وحدات مجمعة، أنظمة مجرى الهواء، إلخ)

• إجراء فحوصات الموقع وإعداد التقارير الفنية

• تشخيص وحل المشاكل الميكانيكية والكهربائية

• تطوير خطط الصيانة الوقائية

• إدارة الفنيين والإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع

• التواصل مع العملاء والموردين بفعالية

• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة
