Job Description

As a member of our team, you will assist customers with their booking needs, offering various options and personalized services. Your main duties will include answering customers’ questions, making booking suggestions, and promoting deals and savings. A successful Reservations Agent should work well with minimal supervision, provide excellent customer service, and have the ability to up-sell and effectively communicate offers to customers.
