Job Details

This is a full-time, on-site role based at Primark in Kuwait, where you will support the Store General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintaining store standards, driving sales, and leading a high-performing team. You’ll ensure that our customers always have an amazing shopping experience while helping to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations Management:

  • Support the Store General Manager in managing the store's daily operations.

  • Ensure all store activities run smoothly to deliver the Primark experience.

  • Maximize sales by understanding and responding to customer demand.

  • Ensure that the store standards are met, motivating and inspiring your team to perform at their best.

• Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Develop future leaders by mentoring and coaching high-performing employees.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and dynamic team culture.

  • Influence stakeholders and act as a role model for your team.

• Inventory and Commercial Performance:

  • Manage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are aligned with customer demand.

  • Analyze reports to improve commercial performance and drive store sales.

  • Stay ahead of trends and adjust the store's merchandise accordingly to meet customer needs.

• Customer Experience:

  • Ensure a high level of customer service by setting clear expectations, motivating your team, and celebrating success.

  • Create an environment that encourages customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Health, Safety, and Operational Compliance:

• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to EHS and operational policies.

• Act as a key holder, securing the property, cash, and stock during emergency situations.

• Ensure that all safety and operational procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze sales reports and drive business performance.

• Proven experience in developing and mentoring high-performing teams.

• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage scheduling.

• Experience as a Key Holder, managing emergency call-outs, and securing store assets.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with all team members and stakeholders.
