Role Description

The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of engineering projects, ensuring safe execution while meeting quality, schedule, and cost targets. The role includes managing the project’s P&L, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing risk and opportunity reviews, and facilitating effective stakeholder management. The Project Manager will guide a multidisciplinary team, ensuring competence and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

📍P&L responsibility with associated commercial and financial accountability.
📍Design project execution plans including scope of work, deliverables list, budget, and schedules.
📍Negotiate changes to project scope with the customer and manage change processes.
📍Develop opportunities for innovation such as digitalization and technology integration.
📍Report project progress regularly to senior management and clients.
📍Ensure competent team members for assigned tasks and lead ongoing risk identification.
📍Promote performance improvement culture and oversee supply chains.
📍Ensure compliance with HSSE standards and quality management during execution.
📍Lead a team, providing coaching, mentoring, and fostering decision-making within established parameters.

Qualifications

💠University degree in a relevant discipline.
💠Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
💠Minimum of 15 years of experience, with 5-10 years managing projects in oil, gas, refinery, or petrochemical industries.
💠Strong understanding of project management techniques, P&L, and risk management.
💠Proven experience in managing Middle Eastern projects.
💠Experience with stakeholder management, risk assessment, and decision-making.
💠Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
💠Ability to work collaboratively and lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.

المؤهلات

💠درجة جامعية في التخصصات ذات الصلة.
💠شهادة محترف إدارة المشاريع (PMP) أو شهادة معادلة مفضلة.
💠خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا، مع 5-10 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع في صناعة النفط والغاز أو المصافي أو الصناعات البتروكيماوية.
💠فهم قوي لتقنيات إدارة المشاريع، والأرباح والخسائر، وإدارة المخاطر.
💠خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المشاريع في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
