Purchasing Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all procurement activities are carried out in accordance with the established company procedures.
• Conduct technical review of requirements from Engineering/Operations.
• Prepare RFQ (request for quotation) document and send it to Suppliers/Vendors. Evaluate the quotations received from Suppliers/Vendors to determine the best Supplier/Vendor meeting price, delivery, and quality requirements. 
• Conduct negotiation with Suppliers/Vendors for assigned products and services
• Conduct Supplier/Vendor evaluation after a PO is complete.
• Develop new sources to meet company’s evolving business needs
• Prepare reports for the management as and when required

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge
• 2 years’ experience in the field of purchasing (Preferable). Good fresh graduates would also be considered
• Minimum Entry Qualifications
• Bachelors in Engineering is a must with Major in either Civil/Structural/Mechanical or Industrial
• Technical & non technical
• In-depth knowledge of procurement methods and procedures
• Very good analytical skills
• Very good Excel or spread sheet capability

مسؤوليات الوظيفة

• التأكد من تنفيذ جميع أنشطة المشتريات وفقًا لإجراءات الشركة المعمول بها.
• إجراء مراجعة فنية لمتطلبات الهندسة / العمليات.
• إعداد طلب عرض أسعار وإرساله إلى الموردين. قيّم عروض الأسعار الواردة منهم لتحديد أفضل مورد يلبي متطلبات السعر والتسليم والجودة. 
• إجراء المفاوضات مع الموردين/البائعين بشأن المنتجات والخدمات المخصصة
• إجراء تقييم للمورد/البائع بعد اكتمال أمر الشراء.
• تطوير مصادر جديدة لتلبية احتياجات الأعمال المتطورة للشركة
• إعداد التقارير للإدارة حسب الحاجة

متطلبات المرشح

• الحد الأدنى من الخبرة والمعرفة الأساسية
• خبرة سنتين في مجال المشتريات (مفضل). يُؤخذ بعين الاعتبار أيضًا الخريجون الجدد الجيدون.
• الحد الأدنى من مؤهلات القبول
• يجب أن يكون لديك درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة مع التخصص في الهندسة المدنية / الإنشائية / الميكانيكية أو الصناعية
• التقنية وغير التقنية
• معرفة متعمقة بأساليب وإجراءات الشراء
• مهارات تحليلية جيدة جدًا
• قدرة ممتازة على استخدام Excel أو جداول البيانات
