Responsibilities

🎯 Develop and execute country and regional sales plans aligned with enrolment goals
📈 Act as the primary contact for partner programs and provide timely, clear communication to maximize leads
🌐 Represent Study Group at exhibitions and student recruitment events
🤝 Build and maintain high-quality partner networks and enforce SLA adherence
📊 Monitor and report competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
🚀 Identify growth opportunities and manage partner risk profiles
💼 Align partner sales performance with company vision and translate goals into operational action
🔧 Drive efficiency and raise business performance through strategic initiatives

Requirements

✅ Experience in B2B or channel sales; international education recruitment background preferred
🌍 Knowledge of international education systems and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
🗣️ Fluency in English and Arabic
💪 Results-oriented with a proven record in achieving sales and profit goals
🌟 Strong commercial awareness and ability to adapt to changing priorities
🧠 Professional maturity, strong motivation, and cultural sensitivity
