• Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy
Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and quality standards
• Prepare reports and follow up on corrective actions
• Work closely with production and operations to maintain quality benchmarks
• Support implementation and maintenance of HACCP and ISO systems

• معرفة بلوائح ومعايير سلامة الغذاء مثل HACCP وISO 22000
• مهارة في إجراء التدقيقات والفحص وتقييم الجودة
• دقة عالية في المتابعة وكتابة التقارير
المسؤوليات:
• تنفيذ عمليات التفتيش الروتينية على العمليات الغذائية• ضمان الالتزام بجميع معايير الجودة وسلامة الغذاء
• إعداد التقارير ومتابعة إجراءات التصحيح
• التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج والعمليات للحفاظ على المعايير
