1️⃣ HR Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR systems and procedures

• Provide guidance on company policies

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

• Support performance management and disciplinary procedures

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Handle payroll processing including attendance, overtime, leaves

• Address payroll-related queries and ensure timely payments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in HR or Business (MBA/HR Certification preferred)

• 2+ years’ experience in HR or Employee Relations

• Familiarity with Kuwait Labor Law and residency processes

• Strong MS Office, Outlook skills; Menaitech/ERP is a plus

• Organized, proactive, and well-versed in HR best practices

2️⃣ Social Media Officer (Female, Bilingual)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, film, edit, and post short-form video content (Reels, Stories, etc.)

• Manage social media platforms and audience engagement

• Develop content calendars and campaigns with marketing

• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth)

• Stay updated with trends and algorithms

• Ensure content aligns with brand tone and visual identity

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English

• Skilled in short-form video creation and editing

3️⃣ Assistant Operations Officer

Requirements:

• Experience in F&B preferred
