• Process payroll accurately and on time

• Manage employee leave and benefits calculations

• Handle payment methods: cash, cheques, bank transfers

• Answer employee payroll-related inquiries

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

• Ensure compliance with Kuwait’s labor and social security laws

📋 Requirements:

• Must be currently in Kuwait with transferable residency

• Degree in HR or related field

• 2-3 years of experience in payroll

• Proficient in Arabic

• Familiar with HRMS systems like MS Dynamics

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Salary range: KD 400-450

هل تتمتع بدقة عالية وفهم جيد لشؤون الرواتب؟ نبحث عن موظف/ة رواتب يضمن تنفيذ العمليات المالية المتعلقة بالموظفين بدقة وكفاءة ضمن فريقنا المتميز.

المسؤوليات:

• تنفيذ الرواتب بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد

• حساب الإجازات والمزايا

• التعامل مع مختلف طرق الدفع

• الرد على استفسارات الموظفين

• إدارة سجلات الموظفين

• الالتزام بأنظمة العمل والضمان الاجتماعي في الكويت

المتطلبات:

• إقامة قابلة للتحويل داخل الكويت

• شهادة جامعية في الموارد البشرية أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات

• إجادة اللغة العربية

• معرفة جيدة بأنظمة إدارة الموارد البشرية

• التوفر الفوري

• الراتب: 400-450 دينار كويتي
