Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assist customers in finding their way around the Gym. Maintains a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Manage incoming phone calls on the reception and informs customers and visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customers
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution
- Inform customer of offers and promotions
- Take the extra mile to engage with customers
Marketing Officer
Responsibilities
- Manage company social media accounts and content planning with regular initiatives;
- Create online and printed collaterals meticulously in-line with brand standards;
