Job Summary:
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support & Systems Administrator to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure. This role involves providing technical support to staff, maintaining systems and networks, enhancing cybersecurity measures, and collaborating with vendors to ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support
- Provide first-line technical assistance to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues (e.g., printers, scanners, email, application renewals, etc.).
- Respond to and resolve support requests promptly to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
System Maintenance
- Perform regular maintenance and updates of IT systems, servers, and end-user devices.
- Ensure secure access controls such as restricted USB access to approved personnel.
- Conduct periodic system checks and backups using tools like AvePoint and Azure.
Network Management
- Oversee and manage network infrastructure, ensuring reliable performance across systems such as BioTime, CCTV, and internet connectivity.
