Field Service Representative
Details
Location: Kuwait and other overseas locations
Job Type: Full-time
Travel: Extensive travel required within deployed regions
Security Clearance: Active Secret required (TS/SCI preferred)
Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required
You will provide Tier 2 technical support and maintenance for radar sensors, computer systems, and associated software. This role includes operational assessments, documentation, and hands-on system support, ensuring our mission-critical technologies stay operational across multiple overseas sites.
Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support for radar, computer, and software systems
-
Perform Tier 2 troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs
-
Create and maintain detailed service reports, system assessments, and engineering documentation

Deliver refresher and operational training based on U.S. Government standards

Support system installations, preventive maintenance, and logistics tracking

Communicate complex technical findings to program managers and stakeholders
-
Travel regularly to various deployment sites for support and inspections
-
Maintain technical readiness and improve current system capabilities
Required Skills
-
Minimum 2 years of technical field experience (10 years preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)

Proficiency in Linux, Windows OS, MS Office, Visio, and AutoCAD
-
Experience with electrical installation, radar systems, power, and cabling

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Active Secret clearance required (TS/SCI preferred)

Must be a U.S. citizen

خبرة في تركيب الأنظمة التقنية، الطاقة الكهربائية، الكابلات، وأنظمة الرادار
