Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in power system design and electrical load calculations
• Strong skills in preparing technical reports and documentation
• Ability to lead or supervise a technical team (leadership experience preferred)
• Currently residing in Kuwait with valid, transferable residency

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design process for power-related projects
• Conduct and verify electrical calculations and system sizing
• Review and prepare technical presentations and project documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure project delivery
• Support and mentor junior engineers and technicians as needed
