Communications Planner - Deputy Task Planner

Major Job Activities: 

• Manage, supervise, and perform communication systems planning and implementation activities. Level of support can be theater-wide or at squadron level. Tasks shall include:
• Provide continuity for deployed USAF personnel and act as a liaison with the base-level USAF personnel to support USAFCENT operational requirements on projects and serve as a focal point for all communication systems planning;
• Direct and lead planning meetings, video, and teleconferences, as required by the Task Order (TO);
• Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs), local command, and external agencies, as required, to develop and brief project plans. Manage implementation of communication systems projects;
• Coordinate and facilitate communications installations to include frequency authorizations, civil works authorizations, logistical work, and other aspects as required;

Network Administrator I     Required number 2

Responsibilities

• Individual will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and operations of switches, routers and encryption devices.
• Monitor availability and reliability of LAN/WAN systems.
• Troubleshoots LAN/WAN connectivity.
• Provide technical support for VoIP networks.
• Ensure outages and corrective actions are reported to OIC, Site Manager, Regional Network Operations Center and Regional Cyber Center-Southwest Asia.
• Resolve customer interface/user issues.

SQL Database Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provides capacity planning and continued database maintenance and support following industry standard best practices. Monitors, tunes and analyzes database operations for all Production, Test and Development environments.
• Uses available system performance monitoring counters, tools, and logs, as well as scripts such as T-SQL and PowerShell, to maintain and optimize SQL Server machines, instances, and databases.
• Monitors and creates scheduled jobs for proactively monitoring the performance of all SQL Server servers and instances.
• Administers SQL Server machines, instances and databases, and hardens them in accordance with Department of Defense Information Security Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG).
• Documents performance standards and work performed.

 

ESM Systems Engineer III   Required number 4

Responsibilities

• Provides Enterprise-level support for Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), and Windows File Services in an Enterprise environment for global initiatives.
• Performs problem Management and Root Cause Analysis for Corporate Identity Management in a large-scale Department of Defense setting.
• Serves as escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction in the resolution of escalated issues and complex production, application, or system problems.
• Installs, configures, and maintains Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Enterprise tools, and third-party software.
