HIRING WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Job Summary:

• We're looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to become an integral part of our team, In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. 
• The ideal candidate will possess qualities of reliability, efficiency, and a strong commitment to maintaining a meticulously organized warehouse environment.

Responsibleness:

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments.

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel Skills:
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities:
• From inside Kuwait only (Visa 18 transferable)

• يجب أن يتمتع المرشح المثالي بصفات الموثوقية والكفاءة والالتزام القوي بالحفاظ على بيئة مستودع منظمة بدقة.

المسؤولية:

• الإشراف على موظفي المستودع والأنشطة اليومية.
• تتبع وتنسيق استلام وتخزين وتسليم البضائع والمواد في الوقت المناسب.
• التحقق من دقة الطلبات والفواتير والعناصر المستلمة والمخزون والتسليمات.
• ضمان معايير الصيانة الأساسية والامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة.
• التواصل والتنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى.

متطلبات:

• مهارات Excel المتقدمة:
• مهارات قوية في التواصل والعمل الجماعي:
• من داخل الكويت فقط (فيزا 18 قابلة للتحويل)
