Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or a Diploma in Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of total experience, with at least 7 years in HSE roles

• Certification in one or more of the following: NEBOSH, ISO 14001/ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, Environmental Management, ASSP, or equivalent

• Valid First Aider Certification

• Excellent knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, and local/international HSE regulations

• Strong experience in risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations

• Proficiency in HSE reporting tools and Microsoft Office

• Effective communicator with the ability to lead safety talks and training sessions

• Detail-oriented and self-driven, with a proactive safety mindset

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HSE management systems and regulations on-site

• Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections

• Enforce safety policies and deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings

• Participate in incident investigations, audits, and safety campaigns

• Prepare site inspection and HSE statistics reports

• Work closely with site teams to embed a strong safety culture

• Monitor and report on safety performance and improvements

• خبرة قوية في تقييم المخاطر، وإجراء التدقيقات، والتحقيق في الحوادث

• إجادة أنظمة إدارة السلامة وتقاريرها وبرامج Microsoft Office

• مهارات تواصل وتدريب قوية وقدرة على تقديم محاضرات وتدريبات السلامة

المسؤوليات
