We're Hiring – Housekeeping Supervisor

Requirements
Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to ensure cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.
Residency in Kuwait with a transferable visa.
Able to join immediately.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
Ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.
Manage and train housekeeping staff, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
Address guest feedback and resolve any concerns related to cleanliness.
Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies and manage ordering as needed.

التعامل مع ملاحظات الضيوف وحل أي مشكلات تتعلق بالنظافة.

مراقبة مخزون المستلزمات وتنظيم طلبات الشراء حسب الحاجة.
