What You’ll Be Doing
Provide exceptional customer service and offer personalized advice on Jimmy Choo products
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the brand’s collection and trends
Ensure the store’s visual merchandising aligns with brand standards
Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business
Assist in the achievement of sales targets and other KPIs
Support the store manager in daily operations, including stock management and product displays
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Previous experience in luxury retail, particularly in fashion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
