Reports to: General Manager
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering (or equivalent diploma with professional certifications)
Minimum 10 years of engineering leadership in luxury 5-star hotels or resorts
Proven expertise in Fire & Life Safety, HVAC, BMS, and preventive maintenance planning
Strong financial acumen in budgeting, CapEx planning, and cost control
Leadership in multicultural environments and experience in the Middle East
Excellent communication and project coordination abilities
