Job Description

Production Engineering Consultant - Digital Solutions 

Responsibilities

  •  Provide expert technical consultancy on artificial lift system optimization (ESP, PCP, SRP) using digital and analytical tools.
  •  Model and simulate well and system performance using Wellflo, REO, Pipesim, GAP, and PROSPER.
  •  Develop, implement, and maintain digital production optimization workflows aligned with Weatherford’s technology platforms.
  •  Analyze production data to identify underperforming wells and recommend optimization strategies.
  •  Integrate digital solutions and real-time monitoring to enhance well surveillance and predictive maintenance.
  •  Collaborate with operations, digital teams, and clients to ensure successful solution deployment.
  •  Prepare technical reports, studies, and performance improvement presentations for stakeholders.
  •  Drive continuous improvement of production optimization methodologies and digital workflows.
  •  Ensure adherence to Weatherford’s HSE policies and quality management standards in all activities.

Skills

  •  In-depth knowledge of Artificial Lift Systems – ESP, PCP, and SRP.
  •  Proficiency in Wellflo, REO, Pipesim, GAP, and PROSPER for production modeling and optimization.
  •  Strong background in digital oilfield technologies, production data analysis, and workflow automation.
  •  Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering (required).

المسؤوليات

  •  تقديم استشارات فنية متخصصة في تحسين نظام الرفع الاصطناعي (ESP، PCP، SRP) باستخدام الأدوات الرقمية والتحليلية.
  •  نمذجة ومحاكاة أداء البئر والنظام باستخدام Wellflo وREO وPipesim وGAP وPROSPER.
  •  تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة سير عمل تحسين الإنتاج الرقمي بما يتماشى مع منصات التكنولوجيا الخاصة بشركة Weatherford.
  •  تحليل بيانات الإنتاج لتحديد الآبار ذات الأداء الضعيف والتوصية باستراتيجيات التحسين.
  •  دمج الحلول الرقمية والمراقبة في الوقت الفعلي لتعزيز مراقبة الآبار والصيانة التنبؤية.
  •  التعاون مع العمليات والفرق الرقمية والعملاء لضمان نشر الحلول بنجاح.
