Job Title: Store Manager (Max)
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain store standards by organizing products and coordinating displays according to set guidelines
Ensure all products are tagged with prices and barcodes before being displayed
Accurately manage stock and oversee transfers between stores
Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries accurately
Assist the team with product arrangement and visual merchandising
Engage with customers to build the customer database and grow mailing lists
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the back-stock area
Operate as a cashier (if required) and ensure accurate handling of money
Qualifications & Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in retail
Visa 18 – Ahli Visa for local candidates
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and organize tasks effectively

المهام الرئيسية:
الحفاظ على معايير المتجر من خلال تنظيم المنتجات وتنسيق العرض وفقًا للمعايير المتبعة
التأكد من توافر كافة البضائع في المتجر مع وضع الأسعار وعلامات الباركود
تنفيذ إدارة دقيقة للمخزون ومتابعة التوزيع والتحويلات بين الفروع
تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة وإجابة استفسارات العملاء بشكل دقيق
مساعدة الفريق في ترتيب المنتجات والمساعدة في تنسيق العروض
التفاعل مع العملاء لجذبهم إلى قائمة البريد الإلكتروني وزيادة قاعدة العملاء
الحفاظ على نظافة المتجر وتنظيمه بما في ذلك المنطقة الخلفية للمخزون
العمل كأمين صندوق (إذا كان ذلك مطلوبًا) والتأكد من دقة التعامل مع الأموال
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
خبرة من 1-2 سنة في العمل في مجال التجزئة
تأشيرة 18 – تأشيرة أهلية للمرشحين المحليين
مهارات تواصل ممتازة
قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتنظيم المهام بفعالية
