Financial Analyst
Job Description:
Job Summary
As a Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of the finance team, providing clear, accurate, and insightful business/financial analysis. You will contribute to business planning, project work, and specialized ad hoc reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and analyze the key drivers of business value.
Develop analytics around KPIs, including business performance, market analysis, forecasts, promotions, pricing, and more.
Provide clear analysis for monthly reports to highlight trends and insights for management.
Support the business planning and forecasting processes.
Develop trusted partnerships with business managers through high-quality decision-making analysis.
Candidate Requirements:
Professionally Qualified (CA/CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent).
1-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret key business drivers.
Knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

HR Associate - Data Analytics
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare for audit assignments, including Audit Planning Documents, Risk & Control Matrices, and Audit Programs.
Propose audit procedures and sampling methods, utilizing Computer-Aided Audit Techniques (CAAT).
Perform detailed audit work, including substantive testing and tests of controls.
Prepare audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
Follow up with management to ensure full implementation of recommendations.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or external audit.
3+ years in internal auditing.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Active CIA certification or commitment to obtain within two years.
Knowledge of Arabic and AI business is a plus.

دعم عمليات تخطيط الأعمال والتوقعات.
تطوير علاقات موثوقة مع مديري الأعمال من خلال تقديم تحليلات داعمة لعملية اتخاذ القرار.
المتطلبات:

الوصف الوظيفي:
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
إعداد كافة الوثائق اللازمة لتخطيط وبدء مهام التدقيق، مثل مستند بدء العمل، خطة التدقيق، ومصفوفة المخاطر والتحكم.
اقتراح إجراءات التدقيق وأساليب أخذ العينات، واستخدام تقنيات التدقيق المحوسبة.
إجراء اختبارات تفصيلية للأعمال واختبارات الضوابط.
إعداد تقارير التدقيق التي تلخص النتائج والتوصيات.
متابعة مع الإدارة لضمان تنفيذ التوصيات بالكامل.
المتطلبات:
بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
3+ سنوات من الخبرة في المحاسبة أو المالية أو التدقيق الخارجي.
3+ سنوات في التدقيق الداخلي.
إجادة استخدام MS Office، خاصة Excel وWord.
شهادة CIA نشطة أو الالتزام بالحصول عليها في غضون عامين.
معرفة باللغة العربية ومعرفة بمجال الأعمال المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي ميزة إضافية.
