Requirements
Warehouse Supervisor
Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B or FMCG warehouse supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Excel and inventory management systems.
Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable visa.
Warehouse Manager
Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience in the F&B industry.
Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Excellent knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and inventory systems.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/WMS software.
Must be locally available in Kuwait with a transferable visa.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Supervisor
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock rotation (FIFO).
Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
Prepare daily stock and movement reports.
Warehouse Manager
Manage and optimize overall warehouse operations and team performance.
Develop and implement efficient inventory control procedures.
Coordinate with procurement, operations, and finance departments to ensure smooth supply flow.
Analyze data and prepare reports on stock levels, wastage, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.

مشرف مستودع
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إشراف المستودعات في قطاع F&B أو FMCG.
مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل والتنظيم.
إجادة Excel وأنظمة إدارة المخزون.
أن يكون المتقدم مقيمًا حاليًا في الكويت ولديه إقامة قابلة للتحويل.
مدير مستودع
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المستودعات في صناعة F&B.
مهارات قيادية وتحليلية واتخاذ القرار قوية.
معرفة ممتازة باللوجستيات وسلسلة الإمداد وأنظمة المخزون.
إجادة MS Office (وخاصة Excel) وبرامج ERP/WMS.
أن يكون المتقدم متواجدًا في الكويت ولديه إقامة قابلة للتحويل.
المسؤوليات
مشرف مستودع
الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمستودع، بما في ذلك الاستلام والتخزين والشحن.
ضمان دقة المخزون وتدوير المنتجات حسب FIFO.
الإشراف على الموظفين والتنسيق مع فرق المشتريات واللوجستيات.
الحفاظ على نظافة المستودع وسلامته والالتزام بسياسات الشركة.
إعداد تقارير يومية عن المخزون والحركة.
مدير مستودع
إدارة وتحسين العمليات العامة للمستودع وأداء الفريق.
تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات فعالة للتحكم في المخزون.
التنسيق مع أقسام المشتريات والعمليات والمالية لضمان تدفق سلس للإمدادات.
تحليل البيانات وإعداد تقارير عن مستويات المخزون والهدر والسيطرة على التكاليف.
ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والنظافة وسياسات الشركة.
