Sales Lady
PURPOSE:
- Maintenance Supervisor – Operations is responsible for the smooth operation of all equipment, to supervise all kinds of maintenance activities such as preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, break down emergency cases, etc., and planning the replenishment of Spare parts and tools as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical assistance to operation teams, resolving any technical and electrical issues on the lines and throughout the organisation
- Follow up on the requisitions with concerned department for the maintenance job
- Perform preventive maintenance of production lines as per the schedule
- Schedule and follow up all capex maintenance tasks assigned
- Ensure all electrical and electronic systems adhere to health and safety standards, upgrading equipment when necessary
- Track maintenance expenses on daily basis to be within budget
- Control the spare parts inventory and ensure optimum utilisation
- Order and re-order required maintenance materials and supplies
- Responsible to ensure maximum usage of resources with minimum time, risk, and expenses to the company
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree or diploma in mechanical/ electrical engineering
- 3-5 years relevant experience in FMCG industry & Water Manufacturing
- Knowledgeable in machines operating processes and production equipment
- Thorough knowledge of technical components and functioning of manufacturing machines
- Thorough understanding of health and safety
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of production/ manufacturing lines and ensure optimum productivity level at all times
- Achieve monthly target volumes and objectives, and meet SKU wise daily production plan
- Optimize line wastage and high quality, overheads
- Manage the production operation from raw material till product in packaging area, to ensure the full achievement of the target plan in an efficient way, safely and with high quality of all products
- Coordination with R&D, QA to ensure quality of product mix to match customer needs.
- Prepare and present inputs related to departmental/ project budgets (resource requirements) and manage / control overall financial performance of the Production function by monitoring actual cost against budgets
- Improve operations efficiency and productivity, including implementation of cost reduction programs

- مشرف الصيانة - العمليات مسؤول عن التشغيل السلس لجميع المعدات، والإشراف على جميع أنواع أنشطة الصيانة مثل الصيانة الوقائية، والصيانة التصحيحية، وحالات الطوارئ، وما إلى ذلك، والتخطيط لتجديد قطع الغيار والأدوات حسب الحاجة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تقديم المساعدة الفنية لفرق التشغيل، وحل أي مشاكل فنية وكهربائية على الخطوط وفي جميع أنحاء المنظمة
- متابعة الطلبات مع القسم المعني لمهمة الصيانة
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية لخطوط الإنتاج حسب الجدول الزمني
- جدولة ومتابعة جميع مهام صيانة النفقات الرأسمالية المخصصة
- التأكد من أن جميع الأنظمة الكهربائية والإلكترونية تلتزم بمعايير الصحة والسلامة، وتحديث المعدات عند الضرورة
- تتبع نفقات الصيانة على أساس يومي لتكون ضمن الميزانية
- التحكم في مخزون قطع الغيار وضمان الاستخدام الأمثل
- طلب وإعادة طلب مواد ومستلزمات الصيانة المطلوبة
- المسؤول عن ضمان أقصى قدر من الاستخدام للموارد مع الحد الأدنى من الوقت والمخاطر والنفقات للشركة
متطلبات الوظيفة:
- درجة أو دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية / الكهربائية
- 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في صناعة السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول وتصنيع المياه
- معرفة بعمليات تشغيل الآلات ومعدات الإنتاج
- المعرفة التامة بالمكونات التقنية وطريقة عمل آلات التصنيع
- فهم شامل للصحة والسلامة
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة خطوط الإنتاج/التصنيع وضمان مستوى الإنتاجية الأمثل في جميع الأوقات
- تحقيق أهداف وأحجام الأهداف الشهرية، وتلبية خطة الإنتاج اليومية لكل وحدة تخزين
- تحسين هدر الخطوط والجودة العالية والنفقات العامة
- إدارة عملية الإنتاج من المواد الخام حتى المنتج في منطقة التعبئة والتغليف، لضمان تحقيق كامل خطة الهدف بطريقة فعالة وآمنة وبجودة عالية لجميع المنتجات
- التنسيق مع البحث والتطوير وضمان الجودة لضمان جودة مزيج المنتج لتتناسب مع احتياجات العملاء.
- إعداد وتقديم المدخلات المتعلقة بميزانيات الإدارات/المشاريع (متطلبات الموارد) وإدارة/التحكم في الأداء المالي العام لوظيفة الإنتاج من خلال مراقبة التكلفة الفعلية مقابل الميزانيات
