Duties and Responsibilities

• Arranges appointments with doctors and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments.
• Increases sales and market share of Pharmacist Products (according to the Line) through effective territory management and sales execution.
• Develops and implements plans (territory, account and call) that include goals, action plans, time frames and resources.
• Establishes strong relationships with a broad base of health care constituents (e.g. physicians, Government and private hospitals, Medical Teams in the pharmacist section etc.) through one-on-one sales presentations, product evaluation and medical meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree of Pharmacy or any equal qualification.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively on the phone
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, and ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages

Delivery Driver - Motocycle

• 1. Receive the delivery orders through the company system or phone.
• 2. Deliver the order within the standardized timeline (60 minutes).
• 3. Coordinate with the superior in the cases of unplanned changes in the order pass.
• 4. Collect the order charge amount from the customer and return it to the pharmacy without delay.
• 5. Adhere to the company Dress Code.
• 6. Help customers whenever as per the dispatching coordinators directions.
• 7. Handle customer complaints in good manners whenever appropriate.
• 8. Report any customer complaint to his direct manager.
• 9. Handle customer transactions according to the payment handling policy.
• 10. Collect the order charge amount from the customer and return it back to the pharmacy without delay.

• 11. Report any work obstacle, accident, car/motorbike damage, insufficient supplies, or any exceptional incident immediately to his direct Manager.
• 12. Maintain delivery car/motorbike always clean & tidy as per concept cleanliness standards.
• 13. Ensure the order is complete before leaving Pharmacy.
• 14. Follow traffic rules and regulations.
• 15. Follow Health Ministry instructions in the delivery process.
• 16. Maintain personal hygiene & grooming of his uniform.
• 17. Help & support Dispatch and delivery Department Members whenever appropriate.
• 18. Perform properly in his training & development plan.
• 19. Could be assigned any extra tasks by his direct Manager as per work needs.
• 20. Receive the delivery orders through the company system.
