Responsibilities
New Business Development: Identify and acquire new accounts in HORECA, gyms, clinics, salons, spas, universities, and corporate offices.
Brand & SKU Expansion: Drive new brand listings and ensure the continuity of SKU orders through cross-selling and upselling.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
Execution & Reporting: Support menu engineering initiatives and coordinate with sales and technical teams for accurate market feedback.
Performance Tracking: Achieve KPIs related to new account activation, brand listing, and volume growth.

فئة المتقدمين: الوظيفة مخصصة للإناث فقط.

المسؤوليات
تطوير أعمال جديدة: تحديد واكتساب حسابات جديدة في قطاعات (HORECA)، والنوادي الصحية، والعيادات، والشركات، والجامعات.
توسيع العلامات التجارية والأصناف: إدراج علامات تجارية جديدة وضمان استمرارية طلبات الأصناف (SKUs) عبر البيع العرضي والارتقاء بالصفقات.
إدارة الحسابات: بناء وإدارة علاقات قوية مع صناع القرار لضمان أعلى مستويات الرضا والاحتفاظ بالعملاء.
التنفيذ وإعداد التقارير: دعم مبادرات هندسة القوائم والتنسيق مع الفرق الفنية والمبيعات لتقديم تغذية راجعة دقيقة عن السوق.
مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs): تحقيق الأهداف المتعلقة بتنشيط الحسابات الجديدة، وإدراج العلامات، ونمو حجم المبيعات.
