مراقبة خطوط سير السائقين وتقديم الدعم الفوري للأسطول الميداني.
ضمان تنفيذ عمليات النقل بكفاءة وفي المواعيد المحددة.
التنسيق مع مختلف الأقسام لتحسين الأداء اللوجستي العام.
