Requirements
Experience: Previous relevant experience in the respective role is mandatory.
Language: Proficiency in both Arabic and English (Spoken and Written).
Residency: Must hold a valid transferable residency in Kuwait.
Location: Hiring from inside Kuwait only.
Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and a professional attitude.
Responsibilities
Dispatcher/Fleet Supervisor: Overseeing fleet movements, coordinating driver schedules, and ensuring timely service delivery.
Call Center Supervisor: Leading the agent team, monitoring performance metrics (KPIs), and ensuring high-quality customer support.
Call Center Agent: Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing professional assistance via phone and digital channels.

مشرف مركز اتصال: قيادة فريق الموظفين، مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs)، وضمان تقديم دعم عملاء عالي الجودة.
موظف مركز اتصال: معالجة استفسارات العملاء، حل المشكلات بكفاءة، وتقديم المساعدة المهنية عبر الهاتف والقنوات الرقمية.
