Responsibilities
Engineering & Planning: Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring all civil works meet structural standards and deadlines.
Quality Control: Implement and oversee strict QA/QC procedures, inspections, and documentation to maintain project integrity.
Site Supervision: Manage daily site activities, supervise labor workflows, and ensure safety and technical compliance.
Support & Logistics: Manage technical documentation, conduct laboratory testing of materials, and ensure safe transport and emergency response.
Requirements
Qualifications: Relevant degree or diploma and proven experience in large-scale civil construction projects.
Professional Membership: Engineers must hold valid KSE (Kuwait Society of Engineers) approval or be eligible for membership.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of civil QA/QC procedures, structural drafting, or project planning as per the role.
Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure in a construction environment.
Availability: Immediate joiners who are currently in Kuwait will be given high preference.

المسؤوليات
الهندسة والتخطيط: تطوير ومراقبة الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع وضمان استيفاء الأعمال المدنية للمعايير الإنشائية.
ضبط الجودة: تنفيذ والإشراف على إجراءات الجودة الصارمة والفحوصات والتوثيق لضمان سلامة المشروع.
الإشراف الميداني: إدارة الأنشطة اليومية في الموقع، والإشراف على سير عمل العمالة، وضمان الامتثال الفني والسلامة.
الدعم واللوجستيات: إدارة الوثائق الفنية، إجراء الاختبارات المعملية للمواد، وضمان النقل الآمن والاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ.
المتطلبات
المؤهلات: مؤهل علمي ذو صلة وخبرة مثبتة في مشاريع الإنشاءات المدنية الكبرى.
الاعتماد المهني: يجب أن يحمل المهندسون اعتماداً سارياً من جمعية المهندسين الكويتية (KSE) أو يكونوا مؤهلين للحصول عليه.
المعرفة التقنية: فهم عميق لإجراءات الجودة المدنية، أو الرسم الإنشائي، أو تخطيط المشاريع حسب الدور الوظيفي.
المهارات: مهارات تواصل وعمل جماعي قوية، والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
التوفر: ستُعطى الأولوية للمرشحين المتاحين للالتحاق الفوري بالعمل.
