A flourishing fashion and apparel business is looking for a dedicated Operations Supervisor to streamline our Shopify platform activities, manage team workflows, and ensure our customers receive the gold-standard service they deserve.
Available Positions
Operations Supervisor – E-commerce (Fashion & Retail Sector)
Responsibilities
Order Management: Supervise daily Shopify order processing to ensure seamless transitions from click to delivery.
Logistics Oversight: Guarantee accurate picking, packing, and dispatching while coordinating directly with drivers for timely deliveries.
Customer Excellence: Oversee the customer service department and personally handle escalated complaints to maintain brand reputation.
Team Leadership: Manage staff workflows from opening to closing, ensuring a productive and motivated work environment.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and inventory accuracy to prevent shortages and optimize warehouse operations.
Requirements
Location: Must be currently based in Kuwait.
Language: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory to coordinate with the team and customers.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in retail, e-commerce, or operations management.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational and leadership abilities with the capacity to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Availability: Candidates available to join immediately will be given preference.

الوظائف المتاحة
مشرف عمليات – تجارة إلكترونية (قطاع الأزياء والتجزئة)
المسؤوليات
إدارة الطلبات: الإشراف على معالجة طلبات Shopify اليومية لضمان انتقال سلس من النقرة وحتى التوصيل.
الإشراف اللوجستي: ضمان دقة عمليات التجهيز والتغليف والشحن مع التنسيق المباشر مع السائقين لضمان التوصيل في الوقت المحدد.
التميز في خدمة العملاء: الإشراف على قسم خدمة العملاء والتعامل شخصياً مع الشكاوى المصعدة للحفاظ على سمعة العلامة التجارية.
قيادة الفريق: إدارة سير عمل الموظفين من الافتتاح وحتى الإغلاق، وضمان بيئة عمل منتجة ومحفزة.
الرقابة على المخزون: مراقبة مستويات المخزون ودقته لتجنب النقص وتحسين عمليات المستودعات.
المتطلبات
مكان الإقامة: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً حالياً في دولة الكويت.
اللغة: إجادة التحدث والكتابة باللغة العربية بطلاقة (شرط أساسي للتنسيق مع الفريق والعملاء).
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التجزئة، التجارة الإلكترونية، أو إدارة العمليات.
المهارات التقنية: يفضل الإلمام بمنصة Shopify أو منصات التجارة الإلكترونية المشابهة.
المهارات الشخصية: قدرات تنظيمية وقيادية قوية مع القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
التوفر: الأولوية للمرشحين المتاحين للالتحاق بالعمل فوراً.
