Staff Nurses
Responsibilities
Providing specialized psychiatric or psychological assessment and treatment for children and adolescents.
Developing and implementing individualized care plans in a multidisciplinary team setting.
Delivering high-quality nursing care and support within a mental health framework (for Staff Nurses).
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring adherence to international healthcare standards.
Collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure holistic support for young patients.
Requirements
Medical Doctors: Must hold an MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
Psychologists: Must hold a PhD or PsyD in Clinical, School, or Counseling Psychology.
Licensing: A valid state medical license is mandatory (Overseas candidates are welcome to apply).
Experience: Proven expertise in the field of mental health, specifically with younger demographics.

تقديم رعاية تمريضية عالية الجودة والدعم ضمن إطار الصحة النفسية (لكادر التمريض).
الحفاظ على التوثيق السريري الدقيق وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الرعاية الصحية الدولية.
التعاون مع العائلات ومقدمي الرعاية لضمان الدعم الشامل للمرضى الصغار.
المتطلبات
للأطباء: يجب الحصول على درجة MD أو DO مع شهادة البورد أو الأهلية في الطب النفسي للأطفال والمراهقين.
للأخصائيين النفسيين: يجب الحصول على درجة الدكتوراه (PhD أو PsyD) في علم النفس الإكلينيكي أو المدرسي أو الإرشادي.
الترخيص: رخصة طبية حكومية سارية المفعول (يرحب بتقديم الطلبات من الكفاءات خارج الكويت).
الخبرة: خبرة مثبتة في مجال الصحة النفسية، خاصة مع الفئات العمرية الصغيرة.
الالتزام: نهج رحيم في التعامل والتزام بالتميز السريري.
