Responsibilities

• Workflow Coordination: Efficiently manage and schedule maintenance visits and service requests to ensure timely resolution for clients.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of service history, technical reports, and maintenance logs using advanced Microsoft Office applications.

• Bilingual Liaison: Act as the primary point of communication between clients and technical teams, ensuring clear information flow in both Arabic and English.

• Database Management: Utilize computer systems to track service performance metrics and optimize the allocation of technical resources.

• Client Relations: Manage client inquiries and follow-ups professionally to uphold Atlas Blue's reputation for high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Nationality: Open to Arab nationalities.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in a Service or Maintenance Coordination role.

• Linguistic Skills: Full proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.

• Technical Skills: Advanced computer literacy and strong experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Location: Local hiring from within the State of Kuwait only.

• Residency: Must hold a valid transferable Article 18 residency permit.
