Accounts & Finance Manager

Seeking urgently to hire an Accounts & Finance Manager who will oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Financial Operations: Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow to ensure accurate financial records

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts to analyze business performance

• Budgeting & Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary control procedures and strategic, long-term business plans

• Compliance & Auditing: Ensure compliance with local laws and manage internal/external audit processes

• Team Leadership: Supervise accounting staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance management

• Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation and cost reduction

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s (MBA) or professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA) preferred

• Experience: Proven 5+ years in accounting or financial management roles

• Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel

• Attributes: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities, with meticulous attention to detail

المسؤوليات:

• إدارة العمليات المحاسبية اليومية، بما في ذلك الحسابات الدائنة/المدينة، الرواتب، والتدفق النقدي

• إعداد البيانات المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية، وتقارير MIS، والتوقعات لتحليل أداء الأعمال

• الخبرة: خبرة مثبتة 5 سنوات فما فوق في المحاسبة أو الإدارة المالية

• المهارات: إتقان برامج المحاسبة (مثل Tally, SAP, Oracle) وإجادة MS Excel

• الصفات: مهارات تحليلية قوية، تواصل وقيادة ممتازة، وانتباه شديد للتفاصيل
