• تمكين الفريق: قيادة وتوجيه وتحفيز فرق المبيعات لتحقيق التميز الجماعي والفردي.

• تحليل الأداء: مراقبة وتحليل مؤشرات أداء المبيعات لدفع عجلة النمو وتحسين الإيرادات في كافة الفروع.

• رضا العملاء: ضمان أعلى مستويات رضا العملاء من خلال تقديم تجربة تسوق فاخرة لا تضاهى.

• العرض المرئي والترويج: تنسيق الحملات الترويجية الاستراتيجية وعمليات العرض (Merchandising) للحفاظ على جاذبية العلامة التجارية في السوق.

المتطلبات

• الخبرة: خبرة إدارية مثبتة تتراوح بين 3 إلى 5 سنوات في قطاع التجزئة.

• الخلفية المهنية: ضرورة وجود خبرة سابقة في التجزئة الفاخرة أو قطاع الهدايا الراقية.

• المهارات الاستراتيجية: قدرة مثبتة على إدارة ومزامنة العمليات عبر عدة فروع في آن واحد.

• المهارات الشخصية: مهارات قيادية وتواصلية استثنائية وقدرة عالية على بناء العلاقات المهنية.

• الموقع: التوظيف مخصص للمقيمين المتواجدين حالياً داخل دولة الكويت فقط.
