Building Management System (BMS) Technician – Kuwait

We are seeking a skilled BMS Technician in Kuwait responsible for testing & commissioning, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building automation systems, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review BMS design and validate product selection

• Perform loop checking, wiring, and termination

• Carry out programming, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems

• Operate, monitor, and maintain BMS platforms covering HVAC, lighting, fire alarm integration, and other building services

• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions on BMS equipment

• Diagnose and resolve system faults, alarms, and performance issues

• Support system upgrades, modifications, and commissioning activities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with MEP teams, contractors, and facility managers to optimize building performance

• Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and incident reports

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline

• Hands-on experience with BMS platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Schneider, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Trane, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical controls, and fire alarm integration

• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• [Preferred] Certifications such as Niagara, Honeywell Trend, or equivalent

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• مراجعة تصميم BMS والتحقق من اختيار المنتجات

• إجراء فحوصات الدوائر، التوصيلات الكهربائية، ونهايات الأسلاك

• برمجة واختبار وتشغيل أنظمة BMS

• تشغيل ومراقبة وصيانة منصات BMS بما يشمل HVAC، الإضاءة، تكامل أجهزة الإنذار ضد الحرائق، والخدمات الأخرى للمباني

• إجراء التفتيش الروتيني، الصيانة الوقائية، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية على معدات BMS

• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأداء النظام وأنشطة الصيانة وتقارير الحوادث

المؤهلات والمهارات:

• دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية أو الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة عملية مع منصات BMS مثل Honeywell, Schneider, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Trane وغيرها

• معرفة قوية بأنظمة HVAC والتحكم الكهربائي وتكامل أجهزة الإنذار

• مهارات مثبتة في حل المشكلات وتشخيص الأعطال

• القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية والمخططات والدلائل

• مهارات تواصل والعمل ضمن فريق

• ميزة إضافية: شهادات مثل Niagara أو Honeywell Trend أو ما يعادلها
