Driver Supervisor – Job Vacancy
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily activities of delivery drivers
Assign delivery orders and plan efficient routes
Monitor driver attendance, performance, and discipline
Ensure all deliveries are completed on time
Coordinate with warehouse and operations team
Monitor vehicle condition and arrange maintenance if required
Handle delivery issues and customer complaints
Prepare daily and weekly delivery reports for management
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years experience in delivery or logistics field
Experience in supervising drivers is preferred
Good communication and leadership skills
Basic computer knowledge and experience with delivery apps
Valid driving license is an advantage
