Stainless Steel Workshop Manager – Amghara, Kuwait
We are seeking an experienced Stainless Steel Workshop Manager to oversee operations at a leading mechanical fabrication company in Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in stainless steel fabrication and prior exposure to KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily stainless steel workshop operations and fabrication activities
Supervise welders, fabricators, and workshop technicians
Ensure fabrication work meets project specifications and KOC standards
Review technical drawings and coordinate with project/site teams
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely project completion
Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Plan workshop activities and monitor productivity
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 8+ years of experience in a stainless steel fabrication workshop
KOC project experience is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication processes (TIG, MIG, ARC)
Experience in workshop planning and production control
Strong leadership and communication skills
