Electrical & BMS Draftsman

Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

Location: Kuwait

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical & BMS Draftsman with 5–8 years of experience in preparing electrical and Building Management System (BMS) drawings for building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Electrical and BMS shop drawings based on design and project specifications

• Develop layout drawings, single-line diagrams, schematic diagrams, cable routing, and panel details

• Prepare and update as-built drawings as per site conditions and engineer instructions

• Coordinate with Electrical Engineers, BMS Engineers, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy

• Revise drawings based on consultant comments and client feedback

• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revision records

• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and specifications

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

• Good knowledge of Electrical systems and BMS drawings

• Understanding of HVAC control systems, ELV, and building automation layouts

• Ability to read and interpret electrical design drawings

• Good coordination and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial building projects

• Knowledge of Revit / BIM is an added advantage

مسؤول رسومات كهربائية ونظام إدارة المباني (Electrical & BMS Draftsman) – الكويت

المؤهل: دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية

الوصف الوظيفي:

البحث عن مهندس رسومات كهربائية ونظام إدارة المباني ذو خبرة 5–8 سنوات لإعداد الرسومات الكهربائية ورسومات BMS لمشاريع المباني.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إعداد رسومات تفصيلية كهربائية وBMS وفق التصميم ومواصفات المشروع

• تطوير مخططات تخطيطية، مخططات أحادية الخط، مخططات توصيل الكابلات، وتفاصيل اللوحات

• إعداد وتحديث رسومات As-Built وفق حالة الموقع وتعليمات المهندس

• التنسيق مع مهندسي الكهرباء وBMS وفرق المشروع لضمان دقة الرسومات

• مراجعة الرسومات بناءً على ملاحظات الاستشاريين والعملاء

• الحفاظ على التوثيق وسجلات مراجعة الرسومات

• ضمان التوافق مع معايير ومواصفات المشروع

المهارات المطلوبة:

• إجادة عالية لبرنامج AutoCAD

• معرفة جيدة بالأنظمة الكهربائية ورسومات BMS

• فهم أنظمة التحكم HVAC، ELV، وتصاميم أتمتة المباني

• القدرة على قراءة وتفسير رسومات التصميم الكهربائي

• مهارات تنسيق واتصال جيدة

الأفضلية:

• خبرة في مشاريع تجارية أو سكنية أو صناعية

• معرفة ببرنامج Revit / BIM تعتبر ميزة إضافية
